The Resource Deployment Advisor is responsible for assigning, deploying, and supporting consultants for the North America Services market, including program activation, professional development, consulting, and digital program services. This position also performs a variety of critical operational functions related to order processing and revenue recognition, as well as additional support tasks for online services offerings.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in customer care or sales support.
Familiarity with K-12 education market preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Kimble/FinancialForce or similar Resource Management applications preferred.
Ability to provide best-in-class service and support for internal and external customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Oracle proficiency preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver efficient and effective results.
