Position Description:

Background Information: Coordination with CRM Team, as per set process renewing the license and follow-up to track payment and the contract expiry, RC removal, RC replacement and documentation

Purpose: Back End Operations -Customer Focused, to support our field team and customers.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:

  • §Release of Work Order for site survey activity, implementation, shifting and dismantling of digital solutions& Management Work orders and tracking,validation of Partner Invoices for respective region.

  • §Documentation of Welcome letters, Response letters, Damage letters & sharing request format for issueof service extension and addendum

  • §Training scheduling for all new implementation and refresher trainer

  • §ManagingResource Coordinator process from Joining till exit , Managing attendance & claims forResource Coordinator on monthly basis

§Information & documentation of contract expiry cases with Operations team and

Closure letter followed up with Documentation team.

§Follow up with concerned stake holder / Dept. of all complaint calls logged with Customer Care till

Closure of the same.

Additional Responsibilities:

In the absence of the Team members, work as a Backup resource for other regions.

Key Challenges:

Should be able to work in highly dynamic and fast paced environment

Candidate Profile:

Core Technical/Functional Competencies: Expert in MS Office Tools, especially MS Excel and good Telephone etiquettes

Education, Qualifications & Training : Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Previous Experience - 1 to 2 years

Core Behavioral Competencies: Effective Communication skill managing Internal and external customers. Ability to work with remote Employee.
